When an organisation signs up, an authorised person agrees to the Terms of Service and the Customer Data Processing Agreement, and acknowledges the Privacy Notice and the Subprocessor and Transfers Notice. These are the versions a new signup accepts today. The Free template library terms are separate: an individual agrees to them for their own free template library.
